School says it provides 160 hours of the mandatory CDL instruction actual instruction tells a different story, because there is a lot of inactivity for students on the range, etc. Director and assistant director would benefit from asking students individually how their training is, but don't. Onsite management needs to be much more engaged in day-to-day training quality, but aren't.
